Parking is tight with just two spots but nobody else was there during my session. Water access requires going down some wooden stairs but not bad at all. I went up to the Agate Pass bridge, turned around and went back to Manzanita. The water conditions varied a lot by location. Close to the bridge it was pretty churned and in the approach it was really patchy. Out near Manzanita was smooth with some light waves. If you’re going to head toward the bridge I strongly recommend looking at the current, wind etc. This spot can have some intense conditions depending on timing and weather.
